Description Our Organic Gluten Free All Purpose Flour is made from organic rice flour and chickpea flour, blended with our organic tapioca flour and xanthan gum. It is a perfect choice for those who are gluten-sensitive or celiac. This all-purpose mix also takes advantage of the different properties of each ingredient, instead of relying on only a single type of flour to bring out the texture and flavour. Ingredients Organic white rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic chickpea flour, xanthan gum. Directions For general baking, substitute for wheat flour at a 1:1 ratio. It is recommended to add additional egg whites, gelatin, or skim milk powder to increase protein content as needed. Uses You can use this classic gluten-free blend on a wide range of pastry and bakery recipes. It is good for making breads, cookies, cakes, and in any gluten-free baking. Storage When stored in a cool (preferably less than 60˚F) and dry location (less than 70% humidity), shelf life is approximately 1 year.
