DESCRIPTION

Each level teaspoon (3 g) contains: Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate) 435 mg
DOSAGE
Take 1 level teaspoon daily mixed into at least 240mL (1 cup) of water, with meals. This product must be diluted into clear liquid before ingestion.
