Description Our baking powder is created by combining baking soda and an acid (cream of tartar). It is a free-flowing, white or colourless powder used to help baked goods rise. This leavening agent is specially prepared for those on a wheat & corn-free diet, as all the ingredients used in this blend are acceptable under the Canadian Celiac Association guidelines. Ingredients Tapioca starch, potassium bitartrate (cream of tartar), sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). No aluminum. Directions 1 teaspoon of regular baking powder equals 1½ teaspoon of wheat & corn-free baking powder. Storage Store at a temperature of 20°C at a relative humidity of 60%. The product should have a shelf life of 12 months.
