These days, Two Hills Organic farmer’s have top grade tea plants and state of the art facilities that constantly test this matcha for quality and food safety. This matcha is a great option to brighten smoothies, lattes, energy elixirs or your favourite baked goods. Add 1g per cup (i.e. a single shot) if you want a smooth power boost in your drink; add up to 3g ifyou need a bolder flavour and stronger energy.
