This supplement provides a range of B vitamins and related nutrients per serving, including 80 mcg of Biotin, 14.1 mg of Choline (as Citrate), 200 mcg of Folate (as L-5-MTHF), and 50 mg of Thiamin (as Thiamin HCl).
