Thorne's Multi-Vitamin Elite AM provides active individuals who have high-performance nutritional regimens with essential nutrients.
Multi-Vitamin Elite AM contains a full complement of vitamins and minerals in their most absorbable forms. Vitamin D promotes strong bones and healthy immune function. B vitamins support heart, blood vessel, and nerve health. Vitamins K1 and K2 contribute to bone and blood vessel health.
This supplement contains 300 mcg of a-Carotene, 167 mcg of Biotin, and 333 mcg of Boron (as Boron Glycinate Complex). It also includes 67 mcg of Chromium (as Nicotinate Glycinate), 250 mcg of Copper (as Bisglycinate), and 200 mcg of Folate (as L-5-MTHF). Additionally, it provides 25 mcg of Iodine (as Potassium Iodide), 100 mcg of Lutein, and 500 mcg of Manganese (as Manganese Bisglycinate Chelate).
The formula also contains 33.3 mcg of Selenium (as Selenomethionine), 200 mcg of Vitamin A (as Palmitate), and 200 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin). It provides 16.7 mcg of Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), 33 mcg of Vitamin K1, and 33.3 mcg of Vitamin K2 (as Menatetrenone).
Other ingredients include Calcium Laurate, Dicalcium Phosphate, and a Hypromellose Capsule.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1 capsule daily, in the morning, with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
