This supplement delivers a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals per serving, including 600 mcg of Beta-Carotene, 16.7 mcg of Biotin, 334 mcg of Boron (as Boron Glycinate Complex), 60 mg of Calcium (as Citrate Malate), and 36.7 mg of Choline (as Citrate). It also provides 34 mcg of Chromium (as Nicotinate Glycinate), 667 mcg of Copper (as Bisglycinate), 340 mcg of Folate (as L-5-MTHF), and 50 mcg of Iodine (as Potassium Iodide). Additionally, it includes 15 mg of Iron (as Bisglycinate), 30 mg of Magnesium (from Citrate and Malate), 1.67 mg of Manganese (as Manganese Bisglycinate Chelate), and 16.7 mcg of Selenium (as Selenomethionine).
The vitamin profile features 200 mcg of Vitamin A (as Palmitate), 1.67 mg of Vitamin B1 (as Thiamin HCl), 67 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), 1.67 mg of Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate Sodium), 10 mg of Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), 6 mg of Vitamin B5 (as Pantothenic Acid), 4 mg of Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate), and 50 mg of Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid). It also contains 8.3 mcg of Vitamin D3, 11.2 mg of Vitamin E (as d-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acid Succinate), 34 mcg of Vitamin K1, and 8.3 mg of Zinc (as Bisglycinate Chelate).
Other ingredients include Calcium Laurate and a Hypromellose Capsule.
Take 1 capsule two times daily or as recommended by your health professional. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
