DESCRIPTION Used in aromatherapy as a carminative and antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds. INGREDIENTS Rosmarinus officinalis* (Rosemary essential oil) (CT verbenone) (herb top flowering) 100% DOSAGE: Adults (18 years and older): Topical application: add 1-5 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply on the chest or solar plexus up to 3 times per day. For topical applications do not use essential oils undiluted. For occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature. A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin.
