DESCRIPTION Main properties: Antispasmodic • Vegetative nervous system regulator • Good anti-inflammatory • Antirheumatic • Analgesic (painkiller) The expert’s advice: In synergy with other essential oils, apply 2-3 drops of Juniper with 2-3 drops Hazelnut oil on painful areas of the body (rheumatism, arthritis) and on the stomach and lower back for digestive indications (colitis). NOTE: Juniper oil is ideal for conditions associated with cold and damp. Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/carmative. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprain, strain and rheumatoid arthritis. INGREDIENTS: Juniperus communis (Juniper essential oil) (fruit) 100%* INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Adults (18 years and older): For local application: add 1-5 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Body massage add 2-10 drops to 10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply once daily. For topical application do not use essential oils undiluted. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water or vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
