DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Local use: Take a small amount of gel and apply it on the affected area. Preferably, do not rinse your mouth and do not eat or drink in the hour following the application. Daily hygiene: Add a small amount of gel on the toothbrush followed by the toothpaste and proceed with normal brushing.
