DESCRIPTION Variable antibacterial • Carminative, digestive, laxative • Central nervous system tranquilizer and sedative. THE EXPERT’S ADVICE For nervous system ailments, rub 3-4 drops of Bergamot on the plantar arch, the inner side of the wrists, the solar plexus, or either side of the spine. INGREDIENTS: Citrus bergamia* (Bergamot essential oil) (fruit peel) 100% DOSAGE: Adults (18 years and older): Local topical application: Add 1 drop to 13 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Steam inhalation: Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water or facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes up to 3 times per day. For occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature. A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin.
