HOW IT WORKS
When your body is under stress, whether it be physical or emotional, an external stress signal will activate a cascade of proteins and enzymes in your body. These will cause:
An increase in cortisol in the body, which in excess can cause you to feel anxious, depressed, or chronically fatigued
An increase in the production of free radicals and other reactive oxygen species (ROS), which suppresses energy producing molecules in the body, causing physical and mental tiredness

Medicinal ingredients: 100 mg of a 10:1 extract from the root of Panax ginseng (Renshen), 25 mg of a 20:1 extract from the root of Eleutherococcus senticosus (Eleuthero), 25 mg of a 20:1 extract from the root of Rhodiola rosea (Roseroot), 25 mg of Ophiocordyceps sinensis mushroom mycelia
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, titanium dioxide), magnesium stearate, maltodextrin

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice a day. Consult a health care
practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
