Each vegetable capsule contains:
Vitamin D (Vitamin D₃/ cholecalciferol) (2500 IU)	62.5 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no

Gluten, soy, wheat, corn protein, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or sugar.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.
