Each 4 gram* (2 tsp) serving contains: Natural Calm magnesium citrate* (150 mg): Natural Calm’s ionic formula is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium available. Just follow these simple guidelines: Natural Calm starts with hot water. Hot water helps make Calm Sleep more absorbable. You can drink it as a hot tea or cool it down, whichever you prefer.
