INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients: In each spray: Triamcinolone Acetonide (Glucocorticoid) (55mcg). Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Dextrose, Edetate Disodium, Hydrochloric Acid or Sodium Hydroxide (for pH Adjustment), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water. SUGGESTED USEBefore first use, a new bottle must be primed. Showing how to properly remove cap 1.Remove cap. 2.Shake the bottle gently before use. 3.Hold the bottle upright. Point the spray away from you while doing this. Press and release spray nozzle until a fine mist is produced, taking care not to spray into eyes or face. If you get the spray in your eyes, rinse well with water. 4.The spray is now ready to use. If Nasacort Allergy 24HR has not been used for more than 2 weeks, prime bottle again. Repeat steps “1” through “3” above. Use instructions 1.Blow nose gently to clear nostrils. 2.Remove cap, then shake the bottle gently. Showing how to hold the bottle 3.Hold the bottle with thumb under bottle and spray nozzle between your fingers. Showing how to close one nostril4.Close off one nostril with your finger. Showing how to properly aim 5.Aim nozzle toward back of nose. DO NOT spray toward nasal septum (the wall between the 2 nostrils). Showing how to badly aim 6.While sniffing gently, spray. 7.Repeat steps “4” through “6” for the other nostril. 8.After using the nasal spray, wipe nozzle with a tissue and replace cap. NOTE: Avoid blowing nose for 15 minutes after use. If nozzle does not spray properly, see cleaning instructions below. If the pump does not spray properly, the nozzle may be blocked Showing how to no clean properly Never try to unblock nozzle or enlarge the tiny spray hole with a pin or other sharp objects. This is because it can stop the spray from working. Clean the nozzle as shown below. Cleaning instructions Show how to remove cap 1.Remove the cap. 2.Gently pull off the spray nozzle away from bottle. Show how to rinse cap 3.Rinse SPRAY NOZZLE ONLY under warm water. 4.Shake or tap to remove any water that is left. 5.Re-attach spray nozzle to bottle. 6.Press and release spray nozzle until a fine spray is produced, taking care not to spray in your eyes or face. If you get the spray in your eyes, rinse well with water. 7.Replace the cap over the nozzle. Nasacort Allergy 24HR is now ready to use. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Read this page for complete instructions on how to get a bottle ready (primed), how to use the spray bottle and how to clean the spray nozzle. Nasacort Allergy 24HR is for nasal use only. Do not use more than directed. Do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs. It is important to shake the bottle gently before each use. Also, the bottle should be discarded after 60 or 120 days (depending upon bottle size) or 2 months after starting treatment. Do not transfer any remaining suspension another bottle.
