Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 softgel 2 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract and relieve mild digestive disturbances (such as dyspepsia, flatulence, bloating, and belching).
