DESCRIPTION Wild Yam Complex contains Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Shatavari, Korean Ginseng, St John's Wort and Sage. This combination of herbs contains many compounds including several types of saponins (including ginsenosides), an essential oil (containing monoterpenes, including thujone), phenolic compounds (such as rosmarinic acid), naphthodianthrones hypericin and pseudohypericin, and flavonoids. This tablet contains two herbs with standardised levels of key phytochemicals to ensure optimal strength and quality; 333 mcg of hypericin and 1.3 mg of total ginsenosides per tablet. INGREDIENTS Dioscorea villosa (Wild Yam) extract equivalent to dry root 400 mg, Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) extract equivalent to dry root 400 mg, Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh) extract equivalent to dry root 100 mg, Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) extract equivalent to dry herb flowering top 600 mg, Salvia officinalis (Sage) extract equivalent to dry herb 290 mg, Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) extract equivalent to dry root 75 mg (standardized to contain ginsenosides calculated as Rg1 & Rb1 1.4 mg) SUGGESTED USE Adults: 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily
