DESCRIPTION
Vitex is a tincture made from Chaste Tree Berry, which is traditionally used in Western Herbalism to help with a variety of menstrual symptoms. It can help to reduce pain associated with cramping, severe PMS symptoms, irregular periods, absence of periods, heavy bleeding, fertility issues, and other issues resulting from high levels of estrogen or low progesterone. This tincture helps balance high levels of estrogen or low progesterone. Aids in the relief of PMS symptoms such as acne, headaches, mood swings, and breast pain. Can aid in the treatment of luteal phase deficiency. Counteracts the effects of high estrogen and low progesterone levels.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Alcohol, Purified water.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) three times per day. A full dropper is approximately 1ml.
