DESCRIPTION
Used in Herbal Medicine as a galactagogue to aid in milk production and as supportive therapy to help control glucose levels. Galactagogue: These are substances that promote the secretion of milk in the nursing mother. The effect on lactation of fenugreek is not clearly explained. Since lactation is stimulated by oxytocin, the plant could have a similar effect. Fenugreek could thus simply stimulate milk production by providing a rich source of essential fatty acids .
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum, Seed) 150 mg (20:1, QCE 3000 mg)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily
