DESCRIPTION
Land Art's Organic Vitamin D3 is naturally sourced and derived from lanolin. This Vitamin D3 is mixed with certified organic medium chain triglyceride (MCT) oil (100% coconut).
Our vitamin D3 has a dropper for easy dosing. Each bottle contains 490 drops. One drop of our Extra Strength formula contains 2500 IU of vitamin D3, which respects the new limit accepted by Health Canada.
In Canada, it is impossible in winter to obtain an adequate intake of vitamin D. Land Art's organic vitamin D3 supplement is ideal to compensate for this deficiency. It is particularly indicated in winter for the whole population, and all year round for people aged 50 and over.
Vitamin D3 is essential to activate the immune response. It also helps in the absorption of calcium and its attachment to the bones.

Precautions and warnings

  • To avoid any contamination of the product, do not put the dropper or the bottle in direct contact with the mouth.

  • Do not use if safety seal is broken.

Contraindications

  • Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria

  • Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have kidney problems.
  • Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness, which are early symptoms of hypercalcaemia, or if you have other side effects.
Drugs interactions
  • Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues; if you are taking any prescription drugs including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics.
