Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus, such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Children 5-9 years old: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times daily. Children 10-14 years old: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 1-2 tablespoons, 3 times daily. Adults and adolescents 15+: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily. Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.
