Instructions Topical (Adults):Mix 2 to 12 drops in 2 tbsp (30ml) of vegetable oil. 1ml ≈ 20 drops. Warning (Health Canada) FOR EXTERNAL AND OCCASIONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY.
