Massage (Adults): Add 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.

Lemon Balm (Melissa) is an aromatic plant native to the Mediterranean rim that releases a mild lemony scent when its leaves are pressed. Used in herbalism to make herbal teas, it is also used in cooking for its fine, lemony aroma. When diffused, its mild fresh scent promotes relaxation.
