Instructions
Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or in a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times a day.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation or dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache, allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist for more than a week or are accompanied by high fever (38°C), persistent headaches, skin rash or thick yellow or green mucus production.
