Do not use in individuals with a known or suspected sensitivity to seafood or shellfish (glucosamine derived from shellfish exoskeleton). MSM-GLS is a complementary combination of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and Glucosamine sulfate (GLS) with the addition of a notable anti-inflammatory botanical: Boswellia serrata. Research involving osteoarthritis patients have shown that MSM and GLS are more effective and work faster in combination than separately at reducing pain and inflammation. MSM-GLS is effective in cases associated with arthritis (osteo and rheumatoid), sports injuries, muscle sprains and strains.
