DESCRIPTION BENYLIN® Extra Strength Chest Congestion & Cold Syrup is specially formulated to relieve chest congestion. Plus, it provides fast and effective relief of your nasal congestion and sore throat pain. INGREDIENTS Medicinal Ingredients (each 5 mL or 1 teaspoonful contains): E--Guaifenesin (Extra Strength) 200 mg, Menthol 15 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Alcohol, citric acid, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, flavour, glycerin, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, polyethylene glycol, polyoxyl hydrogenated castor oil, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, water, xanthan gum. SUGGESTED USE Adults (12 years and over): Take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) every six hours. Maximum 8 tsp (40 mL) per day.
