It contains nutrients and herbs that help prevent and reverse thyroid insufficiency including tyrosine, iodine, and the botanical herbs Coleus forskohlii and Bacopa monnieri. Tyrosine and iodine are the building blocks of thyroid hormones T3 and T4. Zinc helps support the conversion of T4 to T3, while selenium can help decrease anti-TPO antibodies in those with Hashimoto’s disease. AOR ADVANTAGE Pro Thyroid contains all of the necessary nutrients for optimal thyroid function along with Ayurvedic herbs to enhance its activity. Medicinal Ingredients: L-Tyrosine 1000 mg Iodine (from potassium iodide) 500 mcg Coleus forskohlii extract (10% forskolin) 250 mg Bacopa monnieri extract (50-55% bacosides) 300 mg Copper (from copper citrate) 500 mg Zinc (from zinc citrate) 5 mg Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 55 mcg Non-medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrin (corn, sweet potato), sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose. Adult Dosage: Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as epigastric burning sensation and nausea. Discontinue use if rash develops.
