Coenzyme Q10 is an important nutrient involved in cellular energy production acting as a cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Also called ubiquinone, due to its presence in virtually all cells of the human body, it also acts as a potent antioxidant. Alterations in endogenous coenzyme Q10 can lead to reduced energy formation and an increase in the production of reactive oxygen species. Coenzyme Q10 has been shown helpful in cases of cardiovascular disease, mitochondrial disorders, infertility, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

Serving Size: One capsule
Medicinal Ingredients:
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone-10) 100 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Silicon dioxide, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, sodium stearyl fumerate.
Capsule: hypromellose.
Adult Dosage:
Take one capsule one to three times daily with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Cautions:
