DOSAGE
(Adults) 5-20 drops 1-3 time(s) per day. As a supplement add 5 to 20 drops to a glass of water 1-3 time(s) a day. (Adults): 20 drops 4 time(s) per day. To help prevent magnesium deficiency add 20 drops to a glass of water 4 times a day. Some people may experience a laxative effect when taking over 50 drops a day or too much at one time.
